With Dog Company:
Theodore Droszcz served as an ammunition carrier for a heavy machine gun in Dog Company, 24th Marines. He fought in the battle of Namur with the First Machine Gun Platoon, and was reassigned to Able Company when Dog disbanded in the spring of 1944.
With Able Company:
Droszcz joined Able Company's machine gun platoon, and carried ammunition through the battle of Saipan. He made the landing on Tinian, but was killed within hours of landing on July 24, 1944.

He was buried in Grave 96, Row 3, Plot 1 of the Marine cemetery on Tinian. After the war, his remains were brought to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, where he rests in Plot C, Grave 388.
