Frank Bagiotti was born in Landisville, New Jersey, in 1921. He grew up in Vineland, NJ, where he was active on the high school football team. Bagiotti graduated in 1939, and a few years later enlisted in the Marine Corps.
Bagiotti was an original member of Baker Company, 24th Marines. He attained the rank of Private First Class and was transferred to the staff of Camp Pendleton on December 4, 1943.
Frank Bagiotti received his honorable discharge at the end of the war, and returned to New Jersey. He worked as a liquor salesman for Garden State Beverage Company, and was the owner and operator of the Sea and Ski Shop in Landisville. He married Cecelia Bera and raised a family in Vineland.
Bagiotti died at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia in 2004. He is buried in Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Landisville, NJ.
